The Islander Hotel

The Islander Hotel and Restaurant is a small, family-run hotel consisting of garden chalets. We are located on a flat plot of more than 4,000 square metres on the Anse Kerlan Beach on the northwest coast of Praslin, one of the most beautiful tropical islands in the world.

The Islander Hotel offers comfortable relaxation in your choice of holiday home, self-contained Creole-style bungalows ranging from standard to family villa. All accommodation is set amidst a manicured, lush garden with flowering shrubs near the hotel's own beach.

The Islander Hotel also has its own on-site car rental, SUNCARS and free private parking. Our turtle enclosure is located near the car park and guests can feed the animals with fruits and leaves. The reception can help you with all your holiday needs, such as organising excursions, fishing trips, diving, car rentals, taxis and much more.

The beach is just a few steps away, offering the ultimate enjoyment of sun, sea and sand practically on your doorstep, crowning almost every day with glorious sunsets. There you will find a newly built Balinese-style pavilion, with beach loungers, chairs and tables, shower and other amenities.

The resort is within walking distance of the impressive 18-hole golf course of "Lemuria Resort and Spa", the largest in the region. We are also in a good location for guests who want to do their walks to Anse Georgette (with permission from Lemuria), Anse Lazio and New Comb all the way to Anse Boudin. If you are lucky, during your stay with us you will be able to see the endemic and unique to Praslin "Black Parrot" very close to you on our Bilembi-Observe the trees.
