PRASLIN MUSEUM

The Island Praslin boasts its first museum, located on the Cote D'Or, about 50 meters from the Acajou Hotel. The museum, which preserves the traditions of the Seychelles and culture in general, also has a garden of Seychelles endemic and medicinal plants where visitors can view flying foxes and also enjoy a glass of citronelle tea or local fruit juice. Visitors are encouraged to participate in coconut shelling, breadfruit grilling and other traditional activities that give them a taste of the taditions of the past.
