Interesting facts about the ANSE MARIE LOUISE:

In the south-east of Mahé, adjacent to the Anse Forbans, lies the Anse Marie Louise. For the average tourist, the attractive sandy beach, which is great for picnics, is a little off the beaten track.

A relatively long beach with many shady spots. The sea is calm and shallow due to the offshore reef and is suitable for splashing around.

There are some sea grass fields in the water.
Directions:

von Victoria Richtung Süden über Bois de Rose Road, Providence Highway am Flughafen vorbei und immer weiter der Küstenstraße East Coast Road folgen.

At the southernmost end of the road are the Anse Forbans Chalets, immediately after which an unpaved road branches off, which follows to the next beach. There are some parking possibilities directly at the beach under the trees.
The journey time is about 45 minutes
