Royale Suites by Arc Royale Luxury Apartments is a rare luxury apart-hotel in the southern part of the Island Mahé, Seychelles.
It was completed and put into operation in January 2021. We have a total of 23 luxury keys, with a combination of single and double rooms. The flats are located directly on the main street of Anse Royale and are only a 3 minute walk from the second most popular beach in the Island where you will find an undisturbed spot at any time of year. Along the seafront promenade you will find banks, cash machines, restaurants, grocery shops, delicatessens, bakeries, fresh produce markets, pharmacies, hospitals, police stations and much more.
The one-bedroom flats are one of the largest in this category on the island at around 80 square metres and offer you plenty of space to relax during your holiday. All bedrooms are furnished with a king-size teak bed. The flat has a well-equipped kitchenette with all cooking facilities, kettle, microwave, gas hob, gas oven, a large fridge and plenty of first class cooking utensils should you wish to prepare your own meals. A private walk-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space for your luggage and a spectacular shower with hot and cold water. On the large balcony you can enjoy the fresh air and drink a cup of tea or wine.
The two bedroom flats are one of the largest in this category on the island at 140 m² and offer you plenty of space to relax during your holiday. The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with all cooking facilities, kettle, microwave, gas hob, gas oven, fridge and plenty of first class cooking utensils if you want to prepare your own meals. Both bedrooms have their own spectacular walk-in shower with hot and cold water. On the large balcony you can enjoy the fresh air and have a cup of tea or wine.
