Villa Kordia is located in Pointe aux Sel on the south-east coast of the main island. Mahé. It consists of two separate Creole-style houses in a luxurious garden setting with cordia trees, palms, shrubs and flowers; a stone's throw from Fairyland beach and only 5 minutes by car from the main beach, Anse Royale. Nearby are several restaurants, a bus stop, banks, ATMs, souvenir shops, an artisan village and a hospital.
Well-stocked shops are within walking distance and guests have the option of self-catering (self-catering) or alternatively dining in one of the nearby restaurants.

The gardens of Villa Kordia are laid out around huge granite blocks, typical of the landscape of the central islands of the Seychelles are. Mango, golden apple, banana, papaya, breadfruit, starfruit, avocado and guava regularly provide abundant harvests, while coconuts are available all year round.
