At the top you have a spectacular view over the St. Anne Marine Park, in the background you can see the Silhouette of the islands of Praslin and La Digue.
You can also admire the endemic "pitchers plant" here. The funnel-shaped pitcher acts as an insect trap and the lid keeps rainwater from flooding the pitcher. If you are lucky, you will find the smallest endemic frog of the Seychelles, Sooglosus gardineri. This frog is only found on the islands of Mahé and Silhouette and grows between 9-12 mm long.
The trail has undergone some repair work over the last few weeks by SNPA (Seychelles National Parks Authority).
Among other things, a toilet was installed at the start of the Copolia Trail, footbridges, benches and steps were built and a small shelter was erected at the top of the mountain.

The trail reopens at the end of July and a fee of Scr 100 per person is charged for tourists to use the trail.

Admission is free for children under 12.

This is the first paid trail in the Seychelles.

Directions to the Copolia Trail:

From Victoria, head north on Revolution Avenue towards Beau Vallon.
Shortly after the "Barrel Discotheque" turn left onto Bel Air Road and follow it uphill, it merges into Sans Soucis Road.
The trailhead is about 6 km from Victoria and takes about 15 minutes.

Parking is available on the roadside directly in front of the trail.
This is easily recognisable by a trail sign, 2 benches and the little toilet house.
