Anse La Reunion is a delightfully long and curved beach, bathed in sunshine and offering magnificent views of the neighbouring island of Praslin. The La Digue Island Lodge is on this beach.
The beach stretches with small interruptions to the entrance of the L'Union Estate Parks.
At high tide, the beach disappears almost completely. At low tide, the water can be extremely low.
Water shoes are recommended due to the presence of eelgrass and sometimes stones/corals.
From here you have a great sunset view
Directions:
From the harbour turn right towards the south. After a short bike ride you will see the "Le Nautique" Hotel on the right behind a high white fence. From about here the Anse la Reunion begins.
A little further on there is a public beach access.
