Anse Volbertthe main beach of Praslin, also Côte d'Or ("Gold Coast"), bordered by many hotels and guesthouses, is nevertheless rarely crowded due to its length. It is a dazzling white stretch of sandy beach where the crystal clear water is perfect for swimming and water sports.

Directions:

The Côte d'Or / Anse Volbert beach is about 4 km from the boat landing in Baie Ste. Anne. Turn right there onto the main road, follow it and turn left after the ABSA bank (on your left) until you have passed the Acajou Hotel. This is where the Côte d'Or begins. At the fork in the road near the MCB, take the right-hand road. The Côte d'Or extends to the Paradise Sun Hotel.
Bus: Direction Anse Boudin or Zimbabwe and get off at Cote d'or.
