Île Thérèse (Therese Island)

Île Thérèse (Therese Island) is an island just under one kilometre off the west coast of Mahé, the largest island of the Seychelles, located. The island has a length of 1.6 km, an area of 0.739 km² (73.9 ha) and reaches a height of 160 m above sea level.

Administratively, it belongs, together with its neighbouring island Conception, is part of the administrative district of Port Glaud. Although the island does not have a permanent Population it is often visited by tourists, not least because of its long sandy beach in the northeast.
